WIND: If the winds are predicted to be 15 MPH or higher we leave the cabanas & umbrellas lowered. We ask that you only raise them if the winds die down.

RAIN: If rain is in the forecast you will have the option to cancel with a full refund, minus the 3% service charge.

Responses & decisions must be made at least three hours before your time. After that, no refunds can be made.

If it starts raining during your setup feel free to leave and find cover after lowering the cabanas & umbrellas! But once you are at your setup we cannot refund you.

Please refer to our weather policy for any weather related cancellations.

We require a 7 days in advance for cancellations. In which case you will receive a full refund, minus the 3% service charge.

If cancellations are under the 7 day mark there will be a $50 cancellation fee

They are apart of the setup and we will be collecting them. You can purchase a cup just text us and we can set that up for you.

Yes, someone needs to be there to check out with our team! If setup is left unattended you as the renter will be responsible for anything that is not checked back in at the end of the day.

No, We will have it all set up and ready to when at start time!

If extra hours are available you can add them on for $60/hr. Let us know as soon as you can & we will do our best to adjust it!

You will receive an email and text he day before with confirmation & your beach access location. Use the specific beach access point and when you walk out you will see your cabana(s) and/or umbrella(s) ready & waiting for you!

We will provide 1 water per chair. Need more? Please just let us know when booking and an additional charge will apply) be non-refundable.

Unfortunately, Ca State Beaches don't allow alcohol. We cant tell you what to do but if you do get cited CBC wont be held responsible. Make your best judgement and drink at your own risk.
