Cancellation Policy

Please refer to our weather policy for any weather related cancellations.

We require a 7 day notice for cancellations. In which case you will receive a full refund, minus the service charge.

*If you booked through the Batch app and you cancel prior to 7 days you will recieve a full refunded, minus service fee and the batch app service fee.

If cancellations are under the 7 day mark there will be no refund and a $50 cancellation fee.
